This tutorial describes how to generate Java source classes for a Web Service from its WSDL file. It uses the Maven cxf-codegen-plugin plugin.

You need to have Maven installed and project created with Maven.

Add the CXF plugin to your POM

In your POM file, add the following plugin to the plugins sections:
<project xmlns="" xmlns:xsi=""

Generate the code

Download your WSDL and place it in the location defined in wsdlOption property of the plugin. The simply run
mvn package

Your code will be generated and put into the directory named in the sourceRoot property of the CXF plugin.
