This tutorial discusses how to get rid of error:
Our system has detected that this\n550-5.7.1 message is likely unsolicited mail

This error appears when we try to deliver an email message to a Gmail address, but the message is classified as spam and rejected by Gmail servers. The proper way to handle this is to follow Gmails guidelines in configuring your email server. However, if you are OK with not using IPv6, you can simply turn it off in exim4.

To do this, go to your configuration file (on Debian, this will be /etc/exim4/exim4.conf.template), and add disable_ipv6 instruction at the end of the file:
/etc/exim4/exim4.conf.template
disable_ipv6 = true

Then restart exim4 running /etc/init.d/exim4/restart and your exim server should stop using IPv6 while sending emails, which in turn should make Gmail accept your mail.
